• Boxes are not customisable.
• Payment is taken on the 3rd of each month.
• Items are delivered or available for in-store pick up on the 11th of each month. 
• If you don't want to receive a case, your subscription must be cancelled by the 24th of the previous month. Cancellations after that date will receive the next month's case, with their subscription cancelled from then on.
